What a nice dressing! We get gigantic sweet Maui onions here and we like to use them in everything including salads so was very happy to find this Maui onion dressing. The only change I made to the recipe was to cut it in half but think next time I will cut the sugar just a little as this was a sweet for our taste. Thank for the post.

This is a lovely lovely dressing, Lynn! I quartered the recipe as I knew it would make far more than we needed and I still have loads let. I'm highly allergic to ACV so I substituted with 2 parts white vinegar and 1 part apple juice. I tried to reduce the sugar but i'm not sure if it was the substitution but had to add the rest in and a little extra. I also used the full recipe of a tbsp of mayo to help bind it a bit better, only had poppy seeds so used those and added a couple of tbsps of a tropical fruit juice for a bit of an extra tropical kick. I will definitely be keeping this recipe for future dressings, who needs Kraft! Thanks for posting Lynn ! Made and enjoyed for team Mischief Makers - ZWT#7 :D
