Marinated Summer Salad

"A very quick, easy and forgiving recipe of fresh garden veggies marinated in light dressing. Our staple is cucumber and tomato but even zucchini, carrots and...anything that sounds good can be used. I use a mandolin for cutting the onions and cucumbers to make this go super fast."
