I found this recipe in an insert from Taste of Home Magazine. It has not been included in their cookbooks, but is so easy and delicious that I had to share.
- Cream eggs and Sugar together until creamy.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla, butter, salt and pecans.
- Coat pecans completely.
- Pour into and unbaked 9" pie shell and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes.
