This is great on pancakes,waffles and toast.
- In a mixing bowl cream butter, sugar, vanilla and maple flavoring.
- Spread over toast, waffles and pancakes.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Makes 2 cups.
This was very good. I made it to go with corn bread, and it was excellent. The only drawback was the sugary/cookie batter consistancy that made it hard to spread when it was cold. I might try making it with Splenda to save calories and maybe make it easier to spread.
