- 2 (8 ounce) cans red cherries
- 1 -2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

Pie crust
- 2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
- 1 cup unsalted butter (very-cold)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 -8 tablespoons ice water
directions
- Preheat oven at 350.
- Make pie crust.
- Mix together pie filling.
- Put pie crust in the oven and bake until brown WITHOUT the filling.
- Pull out the the brown pe crust.
- Apply the filling and put it in the oven.
