- 1133.98 g lean ground turkey
- 1419.54 ml onions, diced
- 1419.54 ml celery, diced
- 1419.54 ml green bell peppers, diced
- 29.58 ml garlic, minced
- 6 (2466.40 g) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 5 (2055.34 g) can diced tomatoes
- 822.13 g can crushed tomatoes
- 118.29 ml chili powder (to taste)
- 2.46 ml cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 29.58 ml cumin (to taste)
- 29.58 ml beef bouillon, the paste kind
- water, as needed to change thickness

- In a large Dutch oven, cook the turkey and next 4 ingredients over medium heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain.
- Stir in the beans and remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer covered for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes uncovered or until chili reaches desired thickness.
- Ladle into serving bowls; garnish with chopped onion and low fat cheddar cheese, if desired.
