Very Low Fat Lasagna...can pass for the real thing!
- 8 ounces no-boil lasagna noodles
- 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 16 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1 1⁄2 lbs 95% lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Brown ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Mix egg beaters and FF Ricotta.
- Layer sauce, noodles, ground beef, ricotta mixture, mozzarella. Repeat.
- Bake 1 hour at 350.
Very easy to make and very tasty. I will certainly make this again. Thank-you for the recipe.
