  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge turkey cutlets in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
  2. Heat 1 teasoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add half of cutlets; cook 3 minutes or until lightly brown, add another teaspoon of oil and turn turkey over cooking until lightly brown and cooked through.
  3. Repeat for other cutlets.
  4. Sprinkle cutlets with lemon juice.

Quite tasty, quick and easy to put together. I just made half a recipe for the two of us, we enjoyed it and were happy that it was not at all dry. Lovely lemon flavour and not too overpowering. Thanks for posting , I would make it again.

This was very tasty. I did everything as directed, except I found at the last minute I was out of lemon juice, so I used fresh orange juice instead. It still tasted great! Thanks for the recipe!
