- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, thinly sliced red onion
- boil broccoli for 1.5 minutes or until al dente.
- while broccoli cooks, whisk other ingredients except, red onion.
- drain broccoli and toss to coat.
