The reason why people can't get the same taste as the keg is there is a key step missing from the recipe. You need to poach the mushroom caps in white wine prior to stuffing.

  1. Combine all 8 ingredients.
  2. Mix well until blended and fill mushroom caps. (Piping the caps with a pastry bag is a nice touch.).
  3. Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
