- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 lb beef liver, cut into thin strips
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- hot fluffy rice
directions
- In a large skillet, heat oil. Saute garlic, onion, and sesame seeds until golden. Add liver and cook, while stirring, until it loses its red color.
- Sprinkle on flour, then stir in pepper, sugar, salt, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, then cook 1-2 minutes. Serve at once with hot fluffy rice.
