I love, love, love this recipe. I have no idea where it came from. I add quite a bit more Khalua to mine. I also like to use a large scoop for the dough and make coffee house size cookies. These are especially good when slightly heated before eating. Yummy! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix ingredients one at a time in order listed, making sure each is well incorporated before adding the next ingredient.
- Place dough 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. I prefer to use parchment paper. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes, or unil cookies begin to lightly brown on edges.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack. Store in an air-tight container.
