ingredients
- 2 (566.99 g) package mochiko sweet rice flour
- 2 (170.09 g) package Jello gelatin, any flavour desired
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 14.78 ml baking powder
- 2 can soda water, same flavor as jello
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 118.29 ml butter, melted
- katakuriko, for sprinkling (potato starch)
directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add unchilled soda water, eggs and butter.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased 9x13" pan.
- bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Cool and cut with a plastic knife.
- dust with katakuriko.
