This is one terrific pie! It reminds me of a pecan pie but not as thick and sweet. I used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. It added a bit of extra richness and caramel flavor. Mixed sugars or not, this is one fabulous pie! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shells.
  2. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
