- 157.80 ml dried chives
- 44.37 ml cayenne pepper
- 44.37 ml onion powder
- 44.37 ml onion flakes
- 29.58 ml garlic powder
- 29.58 ml dried thyme
- 29.58 ml light brown sugar
- 29.58 ml ginger
- 22.18 ml salt
- 19.71 ml coarse black pepper
- 19.71 ml whole allspice
- 19.71 ml cinnamon
- 19.71 ml coriander
- 4.92 ml nutmeg
- 4.92 ml whole cloves
- red pepper flakes (optional)
directions
- In a blender, blend all ingredients until a fine powder.
- To use, just rub/coat about half of the recipe (or the amount desired) on your meat to coat well.
- Place covered in a plastic ziploc bag in the fridge for 24 hours.
- Store the remaining rub in a glass jar cover in the fridge.
