  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.
  2. Prepare vegetables according to package directions.
  3. Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl, add dressing and toss well.
  4. Serve chilled, or at room temperature.
