No temperature given. I used 325, and stuck the ramekins in a water bath. but there is something missing, as the puddings never thickened up. A waste of some good white chocolate. Too bad, I was only trying to use up the amaretti cookies I had, but the whole thing is going to be thrown out. Don't bother

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and rice.
  2. Divide between 4 ramekins.
  3. Beat together sugar, milk and chocolate.
  4. Pour into ramekins.
  5. Place on baking sheet in oven and bake for 1 hour at 180 C till thick and creamy.
  6. Stir after 20 minutes and then again after 40 minutes.
  7. Serve cold with cream.
