- 2 1⁄2 lbs round steaks, trimmed of fat
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1⁄3 cup stuffed olives, sliced
directions
- Cut meat into bite size pieces. Mix flour and pepper. Dredge meat in flour and brown in oil in large skillet. (May need to brown in batches).
- Combine ingredients for sauce.
- After all meat is brown, return to pan and pour sauce over meat.
- Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
