  • Cut meat into bite size pieces. Mix flour and pepper. Dredge meat in flour and brown in oil in large skillet. (May need to brown in batches).
  • Combine ingredients for sauce.
  • After all meat is brown, return to pan and pour sauce over meat.
  • Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
