Mmmm-mmm good! I have to admit I was somewhat disappointed when I got home and found in the crockpot what closely resembled another beef/tomato recipe I make. However, upon adding the sour cream my attitude greatly improved! Delish over eggnoodles!I added extra fresh ground pepper for our taste and next time I'll add wine as Boca Pat suggests and some mushrooms. YUM!

I am a SAHM of 3 - I really love to cook, but find it challenging between 4-6 in the evening, so I am constantly on the lookout for quick and yummy dishes.
My favorite cookbooks are from my local junior league, they are Colorado Cache and Creme de Colorado. I also love the Fanny Farmer cookbook for basic stuff.
