Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

I know there are a million spinach dips out there, and I may have tried every one of them! This is what I came up with by the time I was done. You can leave out the artichokes if you don't like them. And you can substitute extra parmesan for the asiago. Hope you like it.

Decided to try this after liking your salmon recipe so much. Another winner! A nice change from the usual soup mix one.

  1. Blend together cream cheese, mayo, lemon-pepper, sourcream and horseradish sauce until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of parmesan, 1/2 cup asiago, spinach and artichokes and mix well.
  3. Pour into 9x9 baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan.
  4. Bake at 350°F until lightly browned and bubbly. (about 30 min.).
  5. Serve warm with baguette slices, tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted pita. Or -- well you get the idea!
