  • Melt butter in pot on low heat, add sugar an cocoa and sir well. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth.
  • Stirring constantly, turn up heat to med. and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes or until thick. take off heat and serve warm.
  • Store in refrigerator and reheat in hot water. If you need to thin sauce add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time.
