directions

  • Flatten pork chops slightly. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Coat chops with flour mixture. In a large skillet, cook pork chops in butter over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm. Add honey and pecans to the skillet, scraping to loosen browned bits; heat through. Pour over pork chops.

  1. I normally don't like pork chops. I fixed this for my whole family and everyone LOVED it! I heated the honey and pecan in a separate pan from the pork chops. Great receipt!

  2. Oh my! These are fabulous, decadent, amazing... They are surprising quick & easy to make. The chops are perfectly cooked - juicy & tender yet crispy on the outside and the sauce is so flavourful. When I added the honey to the pan, it immediately got really dark and smelled a little burnt but it did not taste that way at all.

  3. These chops are delicious! I used 1 T. of honey and 1 T. of maple syrup. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for posting.

  4. Goodnessgraciousheavelydays...this is absolutely one of the BEST pork chop recipes I've ever prepared or eaten. They were almost like a praline coated pork chop. The flavors were perfect, the ease of preparation was great and I can GUARANTEE that I will be making this recipe again and again. Thank you so much for posting this awesome recipe.
