  1. Nothing elegant, not world class dining, just a good home style recipe. I did not have any seasoned bread crumbs, so I used plain & added some Italian seasoning, some basil and oregano and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Even a picky daughter liked these.

  2. Nummy supper tonight!! added some dried basil to the bread crumbs and parmesan, also used real smashed garlic clove instead of the salt. Great tasting pork chops!!thanks for sharing a good one sheila, we will use it again and again!!

  4. Easy and delicious. I used garlic powder and fresh ground pepper to replace the garlic salt and put the crumbs, cheese and seasonings in a plastic bag (easy to shake chops before frying and quick clean up too). Thanks for another keeper Sheila.

  5. I made these for dinner last night and the flavor was OUTSTANDING! Even my picky kids liked them. My chops were a little thicker so I had to lower the temp and cook a bit longer but WOW were they great!

  1. Makes a nice, straight-forward dish. I also used garlic powder instead of garlic salt and shook them in a plastic bag. We really enjoyed them!
