  1. This was delicious! I didn't have ginger powder but i did have ginger. I added cayenne pepper to the garlic & onion powder for a little spice. Next time I will add a little salt too because it was very bland when I reheated the left overs. This is very easy to make and will definitely make it again. Thanks!

  2. Yummy! This was very tasty and so easy! I made as directed using bone-in skin-on chicken breasts. Served with fried potatoes with bacon and onion and roasted green beans. Delish!

  3. Excellent! This was wonderful and so easy to make. I did add apple juice to the pan while chicken was cooking and then poured it off. The apple juice tip came from a show. Just wanted to try it. I also added fresh onion as I didnt have any onion powder. This is my new way to make barbecued chicken now. Thanks!

  4. This was really delicious, and ridiculously easy to make.I used chicken breasts,(as that was what I had to hand) and cut the cooking time down accordingly.I used Jack Daniels Hot Chilli Sauce, which gave it a good zippiness along with the fresh ginger.I also left the juices from the initial cooking of the chicken in the pan and mixed it in with the sauce,so as not to waste a flavour. It all thickened up beautifully, and was devoured with much gusto. My DH sends his thanks,as do I,for a great recipe that I will definately be cooking again.
