  1. Cook meat, onions, and green pepper until the meat is brown and the vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
  3. Remove bay leaf, enjoy. (or refrigerate overnight, giving all the flavors time to mix, and enjoy the next day).
