Lean turkey sausage links spice up this hearty sauce that turns pasta into a splendid main dish. You can blend the sauce so there are no chunks of vegetables. Each serving is 1 cup sauce and 1/2 spaghetti. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 starch, 2 vegetables, 1 lean meat. This came from Taste Of Home. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
