Tasty homemade mayo, for pennies a jar!
Make and share this Homemade Mayonnaise recipe from Food.com.
- Put all ingredients in a jar, and mix with a stick blender. My blender has an aerating attachment, so this is what I use.
- Refrigerate right away.
- A jar of mayo should keep about 2 weeks before it should be discarded.
- You can also use canola oil if you prefer.
