Loved this! We are pineapple people and so perfect for the hot weather here. I reduced the recipe to 5 servings. Bought pre cut pineapple (10.5 ounces), halved the sugar. Will definitely be making again. Thank you LL for sharing.

  1. Peel the pineapple.
  2. Remove the heart.
  3. Cut the rest of the pineapple in small pcs.
  4. Crush the ice.
  5. Use the blender to puree the chopped ice, the pineapple, sugar, and lemon juice.
  6. Freeze.
  7. For best results, the pineapple should be very cold.
