My DH made this while I was out of town (if he can, you can too) and wanted me to give it 4 stars. Must be an easy one! He used all red pepper, no green pepper.

Very tasty and quick to prepare. The lemon was a nice touch. The color of the soup isn't the most appealling so the addition of the peppers jazzes it up. I decreased the red pepper to 1/8 tsp and also served with a dollop of sour cream. I wasn't sure when to add the olive oil so I just added it at the beginning.
