- 6 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 1⁄2 lb cooked shrimp
- 1⁄2 lb cooked scallops
- 1 cup fat free ranch dressing
- chopped broccoli, as desired
- Boil rice in fat-free chicken broth according to package instructions. Stir in other ingredients and serve.
