Delicious, quick, and easy!


  1. Cut potatoes into about 1 inch cubes, boil about 10 minutes in the beef broth. Cut carrots into slices about the same size as the potatoes, add to the water, cook about 10 more minutes.
  2. While they are cooking;.
  3. In a 12" frying pan, brown ground beef, onions, and celery until meat is cooked through. Add to potato water, along with frozen corn. Cook until potatoes reach the level of done-ness you like, season with spices to taste, enjoy!
