  • Cut potatoes into about 1 inch cubes, boil about 10 minutes in the beef broth. Cut carrots into slices about the same size as the potatoes, add to the water, cook about 10 more minutes.
  • While they are cooking;.
  • In a 12" frying pan, brown ground beef, onions, and celery until meat is cooked through. Add to potato water, along with frozen corn. Cook until potatoes reach the level of done-ness you like, season with spices to taste, enjoy!
