  1. Put peas and ham in a buttered casserole.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk, add crumbs.
  3. Add cheese, butter, onion and parsley.
  4. Add beaten eggs.
  5. Pour sauce over peas and ham.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
