  1. Cook and stir green pepper and onion rings in shortening in hot slow cooker.
  2. Combine tomato paste, and peanut butter, and stir in slow cooker.
  3. Add broth and seasonings .
  4. Stir in chicken.
  5. Cover, and cook on low for 3 hours.
  6. Serve over hot rice and top with your choice of toppings.
