  • Cook beef, onion, celery, and garlic in heavy skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. In large bowl, combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients. Turn into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake in 350* oven 30 minutes or until hot.

  1. This was a great tasting recipe. I substituted the swiss with cheddar cheese since I had it handy. Also added additional salt and pepper to the beef mixture while browning. Finally topped it with a little extra cheddar before baking. Overall we really enjoyed it and it's a keeper!
     
  2. Loved this recipe...made it exactly as written. Leftovers the next day were great too!
     
  3. This is a delicious and easy recipe. My whole family loved it. We did, however, make a few small adjustments: we used 3 garlic cloves rather than one, we used cheddar instead of swiss cheese, and a bit more salt. Great recipe overall.
