  • Peel potatoes.
  • Cut in half lengthwise.
  • Cut each half into 4 long wedges.
  • Dip wedges in melted butter.
  • Roll in bread crumbs.
  • Place on a greased pan.
  • Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until golden brown.

  1. I cut my potato into slightly smaller pieces, for easier handling. I cooked these in my air fryer, 375 deg F, 25 minutes. Done to delicious perfection.
     
  2. Very tasty wedges and the only change I would make is to use less crumbs as I had a lot left over. I used Carisma potatoes low GI potatoes) and I did make up a full recipe and 3 of us devoured the lot. Thank yuou Dienia B., made for Went to Market.

Except for one thing, I followed your recipe right on down ~ I did, however, leave the peel on the potatoes, 'cause there is so much nourishment found in that part, AND we do like the taste of the peel!
