- Peel potatoes.
- Cut in half lengthwise.
- Cut each half into 4 long wedges.
- Dip wedges in melted butter.
- Roll in bread crumbs.
- Place on a greased pan.
- Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until golden brown.

Except for one thing, I followed your recipe right on down ~ I did, however, leave the peel on the potatoes, 'cause there is so much nourishment found in that part, AND we do like the taste of the peel! Loved the coating & the flavor of these tasty wedges & will be making them again, for sure! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Went to the Market tag]
