I had this dish in a French restaurant specialized in cheese and it was so yummy and simple to make that I have made it my favorite.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Cut tomatoes in half.
  2. Spoon out the juice and seeds (leave the pulp).
  3. Stuff each half with goat cheese and make sure there is plenty of cheese on top Sprinkle with the dried herbs.
  4. Put under the grill for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese browns.

WONDERFUL!! My new favorite snack. I used cherry tomatoes and core them first- the perfect little bite sized snack. Thanks for posting : )

I LOVED these and I'm a huge fan of goat cheese. My boyfriend who isn't as passionate about goat cheese said he would definitely eat these again. We sprinkled a little bit of breadcrumbs in the middle and then on the top and broiled them for 10 minutes and they came out perfectly. I will definitely make these again! Thank you so much!
