ingredients
- 236.59 ml brown rice flour
- 44.37 ml tapioca starch
- 78.78 ml potato starch
- 9.85 ml white sugar
- 7.39 ml baking powder (gluten-free)
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml guar gum
- 2 eggs (I use extra large)
- 44.37 ml canola oil
- 236.59 ml almond milk (minus 1 tbsp)
- 14.79 ml lemon juice
- 236.59 ml water
directions
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
- 2. Add wet ingredients and stir well.
- 3. Mix will seem watery in consistency, but the recipe makes really fluffy waffles.
