- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen pearl onions, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup orange marmalade
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir about 30 seconds or until golden. Stir in marmalade until melted. Stir in onions, salt, and pepper; cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until marmalade is slightly thickened and coats onions. Stir in chives.
