The glaze on the cookies goes well with the craisins and everybody loves them!

This is a very nice crispy cookie, not too sweet and it feels really healthy :) DD and I made half a batch, since I only had one cup of oats in the pantry, we will definitely make the full batch next time! She has taken most of them with her as she has left for a few days holiday and these will make nice snacks in the car! We did find that they spread a bit, hope they are supposed to? We had given them space on the tray though, so it was fine.
Thank you, chefamarie, a lovely recipe made for I Recommend tag game
