  • Trim fat from loin. Cut crosswise into 8 slices. Flatten slightly with palm of hand. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork about 4 minutes, turning halfway. Stir in remaining ingredients, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 4-6 minutes or until 160°. Set aside pork and continue to cook sauce for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over pork.
