I made this dressing for my mother -in-law since I do not eat pork. She love it, said that it went very well with pork chops. Since I didn’t have peanut oil I use extra virgin olive oil. And I use sea salt.

This recipe kicks butt. I've had it in my cookbook for 3 years now and it is so awesome. Try marinating your porkschops in it for 1/2 a day, then bake in oven. So, so good! Yummy!
