I have found that this sandwich tastes equally great with chicken mortadella as well.

  1. Heat the salami (chicken or pork) slightly.
  2. Butter two slices of bread.
  3. Place two slices of salami on one slice.
  4. Sprinkle pepper and add any tomato-chili ketchup.
  5. Cover with lettuce and the other slice and it's done!
