- 226.79 g san giorgio medium pasta shells, cooked, drained and rinsed with cold water and drained again
- 59.14 ml onion, finely chopped
- 59.14 ml parsley, finely chopped
- 59.14 ml sliced pimiento (2 ounce jar)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 29.58 ml red wine vinegar
- 78.78 ml olive oil
- 538.64 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
directions
- Place onion, parsley, pimento, garlic and vinegar in large bowl.
- Mix together and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients and toss lightly until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate.
