- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 3 cups sugar
directions
- Combine the raspberries with the sugar in a large saucepan.
- Cook over high heat, stirring constantly until a jam thermometer (or candy thermometer) reaches 230*-240*F, the soft-ball stage.
- Ladle the jam into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
