  1. In a jug whisk together eggs and milk and season to taste.
  2. Place slices of cheese and ham on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread.
  3. Places sandwiches in a dish. Pour over egg mixture. Soak for 5 minutes, turning once.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium. Drain excess egg from sandwiches.
  5. Cook in batches for 2-4 minutes each side
  6. until gold and filling is melting.
  7. Serve.
