  1. My family and I LOVE these muffins! I don't roll the whole thing in the cinnamon sugar, only top it. I had a co-worker that use to make these for work, but she did not add the nutmeg. Honestly, hers just weren't as good. Thank you for this great recipe!

  2. We liked these but with muffins are very sweet and with the addition of rolling in the cinnamon sugar, almost too sweet. I made 12 muffins and they are very small, so I probably should have made only 9. Thank you for posting CoconutCream. Please see my rating system as I rate tougher than most.

  3. These were so easy to make (10 minutes!) and so tasty. We didnt put cinnamon sugar on top, we cut the muffins in half and spread nutella on them. Extremely tasty when just out of the oven as the nutella melts - perfect!

  4. Made these yesterday morning for breakfast. They are extremely fast and easy to make and taste great. The recipe makes 12 muffins. Thanks for sharing!

<p>I'm a journalism and French major at the University of Georgia who discovered the joy of cooking a couple of years ago. I spend my summer vacations making dinner almost every night for my family, which includes my two younger sisters (11 and 14), and leap at the opportunity to cook every time I go home for a weekend visit...unfortunately, cooking in the dorms is more trouble than it's worth! <br /> <br /><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/projects/chef3.jpg" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com" /><a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"> <br /> <br /><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/beartag_1_1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting" /> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/adopted_1_1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting" /> <br /> <br /><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/projects/pacbanner.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket" /> <br /><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/projects/200_PACpic.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket" /></a></p>
