This one is from the Food Network, by Paula Deen so it has to be good!
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- preheat oven to 350*.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs flour, sugar, coconut, and milk.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake until firm, about 45-60 minutes.
