A great recipe for summer when we are all blessed with an abundance of tomatoes from the garden. Really tasty.

  1. In dutch oven or large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered 45 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Pour into small freezer container.
  5. Cool to room temperaure about 1 hour.
  6. Cover and freeze for up to 3 months.
  7. Stir before serving.
