  1. This is very good and easy to make.I have tried it with a mix of chocolate and butterscotch pudding and chocolate and vanilla pudding. This recipe is also called Sex In A Pan.You will know why after you try it.

  2. This is also known as Possum Pie in Arkansas:) I have been making it for years, and it is always a huge hit. I probably would have chosen chicken and dressing as a signature dish from Arkansas or Strawberry Pie since Arkansas strawberries are amazingly good. Of course, those fresh berries aren't available at Thsnksgiving;)

  3. This is my husband's favorite dessert. Sometimes i use Oreo pudding and add crushed Oreo cookies to the bottom layer

  4. I make 4 layer delight more than any other desert. My mom got me hooked on it as a kid. My all time favorite desert BY FAR!!!

  5. I've made this for years my boys favorite. To make it easier can try puff pastry for the crust (melt butter add pecans) can fancy it up with chocolate toffee pecans and add a 4th layer of chocolate mousse! Yumm O. Great easy dessert anytime. Oh ALWAYS use cooked pudding and whole milk!

Tweaks

  1. Instead of flour and pecans for the first layer, I use 2 packages of Graham cracker, blitzed in a food processor. I also add cinnamon and sugar to add flavor.

I have been a short order cook and I have done a little catering. My specialties are salads, cakes, and breads. I love to take someones recipe and fix it so I like it better. I love the science of cooking.
