Fiesta Rice

"Haven't actually made this yet but my recipe for Cajun Chicken Pasta says this rice is good to serve with it."

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 1⁄2 cup pace thick & chunky salsa
• 2 cups uncooked Minute Rice

directions

1. In saucepan mix first 3 ingredients.
2. Heat to a boil.
3. Stir in rice.
4. Cover & remove from heat.
5. Let stand 5 minutes.
